the location was beautiful and the staff members were immensely pleasant. the room i booked was heated and functional. lots of fresh bread, fruit, cereal, pastries and cheese at breakfast. they had a smooth check-in too. besides, parking was outside, that's important for me.

I liked this handy hotel, its fancy location and always cheerful stuff. Breakfast had plenty of options, pastries, fruit, bread, cereal and cheese. Was great to be adjacent to the beach. Good value and excellant service.

My superior room was comfortable quiet, comfortable quiet. Continental breakfast had lots of options, like yoghourt, fruit, slices of fresh bread, pastries and meats. It was an adequate area, an excellent home base for me. The beach nearby was clean and the view was incredible!

Staff were apologetic, breakfast was SUPERB. The guest room was spacious well equipped, big bed. Unbeatable location really close to victoria rooms. Small restaurants onsite. Small garden and great pool. Flawless service, good value.

the bed was comfortable and the staff was quite excellent. bristol museum and art gallery is next to the property. clifton neighborhood was worth exploring. can't complain about anything, totally recommend this place.
